365 Days Of Exercise

This guy isn't trying to sell anything. He was just out of shape and decided he would eat healthy and workout and monitor his progress by taking a picture once a day for a year.

Does anyone else notice that his hands are getting further and further away from his body throughout the year? :P
I considered that his newly improved upper muscles keeps his hands from hanging straight down, but they don't look big enough for that (though, huge improvement).

The title is quite misleading, if he did 365 days of straight exercise he wouldn't grow as much muscle as he did. You grow when you rest, as your muscles that have torn during exercise are repaired.

That was amazing. By the way, it looks like he got taller by about two to three inches. I would do almost anything to gain 4 inches

Hate to say it, but it looks fake, he practically doesn't move as it happens. How likely is it that u stand the same way 365 times.

#14, I guess you can do that by marking permanent two spots on the floor, each the size of your foot.

body building is a disease in my opinion. you put a lot of wear and tear on your body to keep those muscles. once you stop, it is like watching that movie in reverse, except faster. also you spend lots of hours and money in the gym. you have to dedicate your life to the gym.

#7 I noticed that as well and I thought it was a combination of the growth of his upper arm and the shrinking of his middle, which would give the illusion that his hands were further away

#11 you can workout everyday. most people have a routine like : upperbody one day, legs the next, then the torso!! you just rotate days to give the muscles rest, and time to heal/strengthen

#16 You CANNOT work out every single day of the year. Not even body-builders -that are on steroids during training- do 365-day training; they do 7-day training for a number of weeks but then usually take 1-2 weeks off for proper recovery, because even steroids can't keep up with that kind of recovery demand.

Ya i agree #18 i work out and i know i would never do 7 days a week your body and muscles need time to recover and another thing man hes gone from average joe to scrawny thin ugly guy he should have spent more time eating proper diet and gaining weight as in muscle mass all hes done is burned off every bit of fat he has and made his tiny little muscles tight as hell and well looks awefull oh and standing like a cave man at the end what does he think he is like .... sorry but damm thats a sad case and does he ever take off the stupid necklace.

I know what the title says, but in the descpription of the video it doesn't say that he exercised every day, only that he took a picture a day for a year. So he probably didn't exercise evey day... But still, very impressive and motivating to see with my own two eyes that it's possible to change your body so dramatically in only one year!

#19: Yeah, loose the necklace...

#18 & #19 yes, you are right and I apologize for not being completly clear in what I meant, there's alway one day of rest in there somewhere, you have to. However. although the title says "365 days of exercise" it doesn't neccesarily mean the he worked out EVERY single day, but rather, that these pics were taken over the course of a year

The video may be correct on how he gained some muscles and lost weight, but he had to be lazy taking pictures from 0:0 too 0:10 ...
Also if you count each picture in the video he had taken an picture every 9-10th day, but it seems for me that in the beginning he was taking a picture every 20-30 days at minimum. Then somehow he gained muscles and bought a new camera at 0:9 and took pictures every 4-5 days for the showoff 8-)
