I think if our real life was similar to movies, there would be a whole lot more to worry about than crummy cellular service... Especially if M Night Shyamalan wrote the life you got cast in.

Nokia phones have a secret code which will boost their signal but it will use up your battery much faster.
Not sure about the latest models though

I totally agree with #1, cingular.. oops I mean "AT&T" must be the official carrier of Hollywood.
They must falsify their bar rating, I think a signal strength of 10% means a full 5 bars on AT&T Phones. I got the Iphone so I'm stuck with At&t or T-mobile and dream of the day I can switch to Verizon with it. If Verizon carried the Iphone AT&T would loose half their customer base overnight.
