#7 There is no such law as "Darwin's Law". I think you may be in reference to "Murphy's Law", which still wouldn't apply here.

#21, I guess #7 is referring to self preservation as part of Darwin's law of evolution. Plenty of hits if you google Darwin + Law.

Also don't dismiss #3 on a technicality. Plenty of similarities between playing with your life this way or that way.
