I can't believe how big of a puss that reporter was! When he already knows how much the husband hates him and sees him approaching in a very aggressive manner he takes virtually no defensive stance and then does not fight back when hit and grabbed.
He is very lucky the neighbor jumped-in to help or he might have been maimed for life.

#5 i think youre missing the point. Ofcourse the reporter knows. But how would he know that the guy was literally insane? I mean come on, it might as well have been a clash on words rather than some dude going 
shit all over him. Thank god the cameraman didnt just drop the camera. That landlord got what was coming to him. He probably deserved more than 1 year in jail.
I dont know how i would react to something like that. Dont think it was easy for him to fight back. And if he did. I wonder if he would be prosecuted in some manor for being violent or whatever...
Here in Denmark where i come from, a jewelery shop owner was being robbed by some masked dudes. While they go nuts in his store and treaten him and all kinds of stuff he manages to whack one of the robbers with a golf club inside the store.
The robber sues the store owner and the store owner is sentenced.... So dont act without thinking through the consequences first!

Actual reporting doesn't exist in the US so reporters don't exist eighter. This is one of those vids that proofs that fact.

Not surprising really. Sure, maybe the guy is a scumbag landlord, maybe he is commiting fraud. Until he is found guilty (or at least charged), the reporters might consider showing a little respect. I think if it were any of us being constantly bombarded by a tv camera we might lose our shit too. I know that I would.

If the reporter was on private property, he was not on the sidewalk; they should have had the reporter arrested. Appears the Fox reporter was setting this whole thing up by staying there continuing to agitate the situation since his camera man never stopped filming to go to his aid. Go figure, the reporter who acted like an idiot deservers what he got and staying in the hospital overnight, what a wimp.
