#(removed comment) I'm glad there is stupid people like you, you're the one who's gonna end up in a fail complication at snotr..
#(removed comment) it is a reality now. it is still under development though due to the handling of the power source and etc. Soon we will be reading newspapers with videos inside... in HD! ![]()

#(removed comment) If this is a fake then must be an amazing digital FX from ILM or Digital Domain, but it's real, it's the future and the future is now.

#(removed comment) Try hitting a hammer against your monitor to see if it's FAKE! ![]()
(of course you meant the flex screen)
Ever been to a tech. convention? ![]()
that is SO wrong...it disrupts the natural order of things..how will rock stars throw unbreakable and flexible oled screens out their hotel rooms?...its just not on!
Nope it is very real. Sony and Samsung have been developing it for quite a while but it still has some way to go.
Dudes!!! Minority Report really its the window to the not so far future...though I'm not so sure about the advantages of a cell phone screen that can get bended while you press it against your ear.
they shud have waited for that to come out before they made the wii so that there would be less tv screens cracked

Yeah! Destroy that old piece of S*** LCD Display! in with the flexy thingy! And destroy the LCD some more. This will mean the end of LCD screens that crack because you drop your mobile! THANK YOU SAMSUNG!
In the near future you'll be able to roll or fold your 100 inch TV and bring it over to your friend.
No longer you'll hear people say "Hey buddy, help me carry my new TV from the store?"
"Oh what's that in your bag? is that a 60 inch TV?"
OLED is Organic LED, this thing is alive! There are no pixels, It us a "living mass" pretty amazing, kinda creepy. The contrast ratio is a million to one. The plan is to wallpaper your home with these material and you will be able to drag your TV from room to room. You can change the size like and iphone to fit the space in a room.
I Saw this at the Sony Style store in Kansas City. 10in TV was like $2000. So it will be a minute before regular people can afford it.

Yeah, to whoever said this was fake, your a fucking idiot...this tech has been around in various forms for years now, companies like pepsi have already incorporated it into print magazine ads!
Here is a similar story: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/8211209.stm
I am a 3rd year Media Production student specialising in digital media & new media theory, so I think if this kinda of thing was around, I would most likley have heard about it!
And HD newspapers are just the start people! The possibilities for this tech are rediculous! ![]()
