Could have placed it in the comedy section if you titled it:"Man wants to save earth by filtering all the water."

#11 That would be the filters, power source, and above all PUMPS my friends...it's not powering itself and would never have the ability to lift itself if those items were attached to his back. So it's not really flying is it? ![]()

If anything the fire department will have lots of fun with these. "Ok who's gonna fly up to the 12th and put out the fire"

I personally believe it has that cost partly because the yellow hose providing water, has to be made in some utterly allienating material; then the cost for the filters and pump(s), and voila.. flyin'. lol

At $129,000 dollars US I doubt it will be seen at many places other than for rent at lake or ocean resorts.Of course the "rich and famous"crowd will probably get them but not too many others.Looks like it would be a blast and with a 1 hour flight time you could travel quite a ways before having to refuel the 155hp power unit.

You could fly over and hover above somebody's boat and fill it with water in about 3 seconds! That would be better than a water balloon fight using those large slingshots.

Wonder what would happen If you tried to scubadive with that thing..

Just a toy that you'd put away in a garage after a week cause its only limited in areas with plenty of water.
