@4: assuming this thing's power is measured in horse power, I'd say it will run with one otter power for a moment.

#10 That would be the filters, power source, and above all PUMPS my friends...it's not powering itself and would never have the ability to lift itself if those items were attached to his back. So it's not really flying is it? 8-)

I personally believe it has that cost partly because the yellow hose providing water, has to be made in some utterly allienating material; then the cost for the filters and pump(s), and voila.. flyin'. lol

You could fly over and hover above somebody's boat and fill it with water in about 3 seconds! That would be better than a water balloon fight using those large slingshots.
