It is standard procedure before actually starting the wellding of those huge pipes. So it sure is testing the grounds for the worst case scenario. I wonder why workers do not carry at least a plastic helmet and a neon vest. Otherwise, those yellow machines were not built for cross mountain pipelines, that's why also video taping it, while the testing. blue-ray would be nice, loved that chair taking away to clear the path. lol, max
