The boat which the the film was taken from is at fault, he should have turned to starboard (right) to avoid the collision. It's the rules.

#12 they say for every meter its $1 Million Dollars for a luxuary boat of 3 levels+ so itsprobably a bit more than 2 mill because thats definatley a write off :P

And men say women don't know how to drive! You know good and well men were at the helms of these boats/yachts and were just playing chicken to see which one would get out of the way first! Frickin idiots! An entire ocean to ride around in and those idiots run into each other-it is unbelievable and very expensive! No woman would waste money like that - we would much rather go shopping! At least, I would. Why waste good money on tearing up boats in the middle of nowhere when you can go shopping or build a new house with all that money they just wasted??? And when I say go shopping, it's usually to get something for someone who needs something, I don't just waste it..it's too hard to come by for most of us regular folks!!
