That looked more like a mo-ped than a motorcycle. The guy was riding recklessly and not looking around.
#2 agree with you, but the driver didn't slow down, so that must mean he didn't see the motorist either

Nice pirouette of the moped driver. He's lucky he's getting a second chance and a good lesson to look and not assume next time!

The driver tried to avoid him at the last second....but there is not much a man can do on reflex alone...

#2 Yes sur! It's a moped seat.
They go 45 km/h (28 mph) at a roaring 50 cc with a electric pedal motor generator chick magnet!
Or just get a 125 cc street bike that's 97 km/h (60 mph)
I can get up to 3.26L/100km
70 mpg

Weird accident, there's a camera focused on the bike and after he crashes he looks up at the camera???
I think the car was doing 90kmh, if i the radar is right. Still it's the moped's fault, but i'm sure this is a urban road, and no way is the speed limit 90kmh (55mph)
#11 It's a police car camera. He probably looks up at the car as it's the cops and he's just done something pathetic.
Still, I bet he tries to blame the car driver for running into him. What an idiot.

#13 that was the target (minimum speed to bust) the Opel stopped, yet it still recorded 50kmh. (not mph like you said)

Wouldn't want to be his elbows. See how he uses them as brakes (to the bone).

I know the motorist didn't look, but he was probably doing the speed limit, and the guy behind him was speeding, the motorist probably looked next to him and thought it was safe to merge (lazy yes). I still think its the guy driving who is in fault. If he had not been speeding, this would never have happened.
#22 take a closer look at the video. The idiot on the bike didn't even look before vearing across the road into the path of an oncoming car. He's in the fast lane of what looks like some sort of dual carrage way and not wearing a helmet. I can't see how that could possibly be the car drivers fault.
Ok #1 your a retard , rules of the road 101 in allmost place driving a motor bike , drive in the middle of the road so that cars will see you in front of them , also yes #23 he does not only pull out in front of him with out a helmet on and then proceeds to drive on the left side then he actually slams on the brake while turning to the right with out as much as a signal thats why the drive of the car appears to be driving so fast if you look just as he turns he is allmost at a snail pace the car driver had no chance to react esp when no signal was given ,
Im a bike driver and sorry but he deserved it , by the looks of what he did he was "test driving the bike" like he just pulled out drove it and decided to drive back again.
#10 My Yamaha Areox 70cc does 125kmh+ (ok spent a lot of time and money but and it only does about 50km on full tank) dont mock scooters or 2strokes ![]()

#2, #10, to join the discussion, I hate the lawmakers that force manufacturers to produce mopeds that only go 45 km per hour. Many roads in Norway (without highways) have 60. Still, he should have looked around.

i believe it was the speeding automobile that caused the accident.the guy on the moped wasnt paying attn, but the car needed to slow down to navigate around the moped. any helmet discussion is irrelevant in this case

Why should the driver of the car have to make special allowances for the idiocy of the guy on the moped?
If you're not paying attention, then that's your problem.
#9 wtf hax?? how much is ur motorcycle insurance? cuz mine is sooo ridiculously cheap. comes out to around 10 bucks a month.

#24 I only take my bike off road for the time being until I can get it ready for street.
So I have no idea what the top speed is.

The retard in the car was driving at 90kmh - read the display fucktards, #13 was spot on - probably twice the legal limit. To drive like that in town he deserves to have his gonads crushed in a vice and his car key stabbed into his eyeball.
Sure the guy on the bike pulled across, but at the speed that asswipe was coming up behind him he didn't stand a chance.
#27 do you even have a drivers licence?????? jeezuz!
