I'm just intrigued how they got power to the spinning lights without getting tangled wires...

notice at 0:17 there's a light out . . .
#7, they sell strands of lights that come with a small battery packs at their ends instead of outlet plugs. They probably used those so that each section of truck was isolated to it's own power source and any spare lengths of lights could be tucked. ![]()
lol #7 i agree wtf?! but #12 does make sense..but thats allota extra lighting! and since when do dump truck companies include our tax money!? I wanna start a company up where I can use tax money to run it! where is this sacred land?!
#15, It's not a cop, it's a highway utilitly escort vehicle. This cement truck is lit up because it's in a parade of sorts. There are many in the states that do this at night and toss candy out to kids. Since when have you heard Rudolph the rednosed reindeer playing during a traffic stop? They're in front of building, probably enroute to the holiday function they're all lit up over.
#7: They use a really, really long extension cord, and then when they're just about to run out of slack, a sensor comes on and reverses the direction of spinning. ![]()
#16, you don't know so much that is not a concrete truck, it was made out of steel and truck parts and it carries concrete.

#17 It actually is a police vehicle, and chances are the truck was pulled over for having re, blue, and white lights which is illegal.(Anything that could be mistaken for a emergency vehicle.)
If you need further proof that its a police car pause the video at the beginning and the end and you can distinctly see that the truck has red white and blue flashing lights, its not uncommon to see police pickup trucks.
