i'm not an expert, but if you watch frame by frame from 3:22 to 3:23 you will see something strange.
like start of the explosion on the watermelon but on the opposite side of the pen position, and at the same time pen is intact
any idea?

Yeah this is what happens when millions of dollars are invested by the terrorist in developing new weapons, cause they are the ones spending all that money, aren't they?, now everybody gets even more scared and they get to invade our privacy just a little more each time.

#(removed comment) an easy to make binary explosive is made of Ammonium Nitrate (the powder) and Nitromethane (the liquid)..that stuff (called ANNM) also detonates with around 6000m/s (more than dynamite). Easy and cheap to produce and kinda stable stuff..you can easily make it even stronger by adding some Zinc and/or Magnesium..
It ignites with high heat or electrick shock..not by friction..one of the most stable explosives..only thing is that Ammonium Nitrate soaks water out of the air and Nirtomethane vaporizes slowly..so..its best to mix short before use^^
But dont try it at home if you want to keep your hands (!!!)..professionals only 
Stick to firecrackers

Smells like fake. Why are there sparks only in one direction at 3:24? I guess there is something behind that pole that shoots the melon away cause you can see it fly upward. Hard to believe such a small amount of powder sugar mixed with rawberry juice should be able to "vaporise" a melon by just igniting it.

I can tell you too that Nitroglycerine is made of Sulfuric acid, Ammonium Nitrate and glycerine....or TNT is of phosphorpentoxid, H2SO4 and HNO3...do you know now how to build a bomb?
You even can make explosives with Flower fertilizer or some cleaning stuff..so calm down guys..if a terrorist wants a bomb..he doesnt heed snotr...and i wanna see a kid go buy ammonium nitrate and Nitromethan (dragster fuel)

#31 Deutsch Defensive Unit? Gave me a laugh..think you mean "Bundeswehr"..and yes..they use it..to make old warheads explode under control..landmines and blind bombs from WW2 for example..
And wearing camo pants and boots makes you a german? Every army fan wears that sometimes..german rednecks and american ones do both.and the pen..you can get most pens almost everywhere.

The only thing that makes me think this could be genuine is that the "soldier" was seemingly in contact with a range control officer of some sort or at least simulating it. There are too many cuts to not rule out subterfuge. Also, if they really wanted to show the effect, the slow-mo should have been done with a high speed camera 2000 fps or something like that.
