Hmm 150kg seems not much. I am not a hard core sportsman, but I could lift one time some 120-130 kg.

120kg.....LOL man dont be kiddin your self #4 go try lift a beer barrel first and as a rule of thumb, dont lift over your limit he also lifted with his back very very bad you ever herd of clean and jerk ...the real athlete's jump it up from the ground to chest with a swift movment then use mainly there arms and legs to push it up ..

That guy was just trying to show off and got what he deserved the moron

I just had to have C6 neck fusion. That made me think of the disks in his back taking all that weight, once a disc is injured thats it, it don't
un squish.

#8 In the Deadlift you DO lift with your back straight and your knees bent,just like the fellow did. It is supposed to target the back and leg muscles , which it really does. He should have been wearing a weightlifting belt though.
120kg ( 264 lbs ) is not much for a guy who regularly works-out.

#13, the muscles needed enormous amounts of oxygen, not enough went to his brain so he passed out, also because of the lifting, all the blood goes to his muscles and when he lets go it can run freely again, so it's a sudden pressure drop, which is the same as a headrush

#16, ever had a headrush? when you stand up from lying in the couch for a while, you'll start to feel woozy and see black spots, I once had it very bad that i almost blacked out

Not trying to act like a hero or anything but seriously anyone that spends any time in gym would be able to throw up a rep or two at 150kg on a dead lift. not saying it would be a good thing to try just that it isnt really that hard

And you obviously haven't paid attention. This isn't a site where every video submitted is accepted. Only the very best is chosen to be on the front page. Considering the amount of stupid ass videos that are submitted every day it amazes me that our mods to the job they do. It makes the job of an admin so much easier you wouldn't believe.
