And what are they going to use it for? ![]()
GUYS!! Atleast it shows u how much technology we advanced so far!!!
And, well, it could be used for underwater research or even rescue.. And i think sooner or later it will have an adabted brother for land use, and i dont have to begin mentioning some uses there! ![]()
#2 weaponize it and deploy it on seas, great tool for sabotaging subs and ships. Can be also used for research like in great depths of ocean.

The successor of this thing is going to kill us all. It's a Hydrobot from Terminator Salvation. Without fangs so far.
wonder how deep under water it can go? we could explore deep down the sea whit this thing and discover new great things down there. nice design! ![]()

#(removed comment), the reason for its 'dumbness' is because parts of it are based on you! I can say one thing for sure, the person that voted down #8 has never seen Terminator Salvation and doesn't bother to reason with anyone. The resemblance is terrifying.

And were still living on this bloody planet but we can make a snake ohh were so great ....starving people / war / aids ....man humanity is ff'd if this is what were concentrating our time and money on.....
Looks like they still have some kinks to iron out with exactly how it swims. But still, It's going to be very useful.

#12 i understand your frustration but think of it this way: if they didn't build this, all those things would still be a reality
We could redivert funding into robotics into trying to fix 'world' problems yes. But it wouldn't work and we'd have less robot sea snakes.
Put torpedos on it, blow up yachts in Monte Carlo, part of the 'world' problem is sorted
