i would've hit that truck to avoid drifting off the road ![]()
#1 if he hadnt braked, he would've smashed into that oncoming car. shouldnt overtake in snow at all. just stay in single file. I'm sure your boss wont mind if you turn up alive a bit late, rather than turning up dead in a ditch because you rushed.
actually overtaking in the snow is the same thing like if you were overtaking someone, on a sunny and hot day. The only dangerous thing is the small line of snow in the middle. This snow is pack and jam of stuff that we called (Gadou). This snow is unpredictable and will be very slipery, and if you go fast enough it will push you off to the ditch.
And of course, dont jam the brakes, go easy on hit or pump the brakes (press t'ill your wheels lock and release, again, again)

i'm pretty sure what they said translates into "we saw nothing... keep driving"
The passenger says : "Brake brake"
Driver says: "They're ok, he sped himself, fuck him, next time he'll think."
#4 you don't break on ice or snow... you just shift into a lower gear. It's much safer

Improper engine braking technique can cause the wheels to skid (also called shift-locking), especially on slippery surfaces such as ice or snow, as a result of too much deceleration. As in a skid caused by over-braking, the vehicle will not regain traction until the wheels are allowed to turn more quickly; the driver must reduce engine braking (shifting back up) to regain traction.

If he just had balls and knew how to over take in the first place in other words if he was going faster and had looked ahead judged it better he might have made it i mean the oncomming car had its lights on was a clear enough day he just got the timing and speed a little wrong

- speeding: bad
- overtaking without seeing oncoming traffic: bad
- hit the brake on ice: bad
- useless comments just to look like an expert: bad
we get it, now move THE F*** ON... ![]()
#5, All true, but NEVER pump the brakes if you got ABS. You'll just end up losing brakes altogether.
#15, Amen to that.

Stupid thing to hit the breaks on the snow...
