For future complainers (they'll be here soon enough), the description for the source video didn't have build instructions (yet) even thought the video says that the instructions would be included.

Not useless. It's a perfect gag gift. If I had skills and tools to build it, I'd make a dozen and give them away for new year's.

Love it to bits i wana build one only just in case a "friend" would try and mess with it and by holding back the very thing that makes it what it is id make it out of metal and ferget to tell them its rigged with a nice electric shock and you know some one is going to try that eventually
