Oh and some advice of your going to do something stupid like this keep some wood with you because wood does not conduct electric.

It might have been smarter to go get a cup of coffee until she was finished. He could have unplugged it if he really wanted to be a jerk, but no he had to make a point and cut the cord! #9 unfortunately he is probably not out of the gene pool the breakers probably saved him.

OMG..... that's totally the wrong kind of vacuum for cleaning active office space. They make nearly silent vacuums for those conditions.
