Barcelona, Espagna, l'Union Europeenne: like a ten'minute walk from (part of) the Olympic site built for 1992 Summer Ed. they must be enjoying the hugely available sands, the seawater here comes with a strong cold current right underneath the surface, and kitesurfing and windsurfing are a tradition for quite sometime now (earlier than 2006). it's the northern quarters of Barcelona, anyway. max
