1) You know when you walk into some place and it smells like shit? Cuz someone shit in the planter!
2) I don't blame him, he doesn't know where he is...in Mexico you pay for the toilets in bus stations and such...he thought maybe it was $5 to take a shit in USA!

I guess he has little money, is unfamiliar with free toilets, and he's probably from a very rural area where it's not to uncommon to find some terra firma and take a dump. #21 It only inspires people not to make up their own mind and go with the herd. Often comments voted down are just less popular/political correct. That doesn't make them less valid.
#(removed comment) Paying for toilet use is usually accompanied by some attendant keeping things clean. But it should be optional. Don't put the us up on a pedestal. It's way more idiotic to pay all kinds of tips for the most mondain things.

When i went to NYC, NY there was paid toilets, and you had to be customer at other places to use the toilets. I was told to leave McDonalds because i was their only to use the toilet.
