Excellent.
They aren't playing their own songs, nor their version of a well known song. They are imitating the original version. This is quite different to what other people do. It's not comparable.
It's not about the drums sounding real, but the whole music.

The vibrato sync at 0:40.. Sounds processed to me.. And yes, #18, pre-recorded and thoroughly mixed with all the tricks in the book. Not to say, sounds great and they are talented, it's just that the video is not very good. and the coreograph is idiotic since they are basicly lipsyncing. Maybe that is part of their routine but then a better way to express that would be a proper live performance.

Makes you think how powerful the vocal chords really are, and what amazing sounds you can make with a lot of practice. This might be the 20:th time I've been watching this video clip O:)
