The eating part of the show is the only real bit, the rest of the show is staged, or most of it anyway. Plenty of proof on youtube. He used to sleep in hotels as well!!!
I'd hate to be that camera man, - "say it don't spray it!!"

#3 They're not trying to make it look like he's trying to survive. Ever noticed how he has a whole camera crew with him? He's just showing how to handle certain situations in a totally bad ass way.

I ate a few of those during my stay in Borneo. But, luckily I had them roasted first. They tasted quite delicious if you put some salt and pepper. :P
