Great song, we sang it at our graduation last year.

Oh, and btw.: some translation

hehe..thats not hooligan police..thats carnival..look at the people around..some got costumes..and all the kids with plastic bags..they wait for the parade to grab some candys..and the police makes the start to secure the street..but really funny to see them playing that song They calling out for party all night long..and they are the ones that get the trouble later in the night

I totally aggree with #3

I don't get "Hooligan" in the title... it's a party song... not a violent one, I don't see violence or destructive behaviour by the police.

#8 Maybe someone saw this as noise pollution, disturbing the peace, misuse of public property... I don't know... I didn't write the description but any of these or more could be the reason for "Hooligan"
