i dont get it why would he take off his shoes everywhere well except the japanese place
and its not humanly possible for your feet to smell that bad

i had the same problem when i was younger.
some of my friends wouldn't even let me in the house. i had to stay at the door.. ![]()

Most smells as pointed out here are from bacteria, and a common one too is not drying the inside of your toes good after a shower and puttin socks on and man your givin them a feast heat+moister+dead skin = food ![]()
Simple if you do have smelly feet use a antibacterial cream like lamisil once or twice a week and wolla smell is preaty much back to normal , and if you use a nice smelling conditioner in your wash they will even smell like roses

I can understand taking your shoes off at someone's house in Japan, but everywhere else is just unnecessary.
