very dangerous. I can understand if they want to be stupid on a private roadway, but to drive on public streets and risk the lives of others I think is extremely stupid.

It is definitely an old car - this is probably a VAZ-2107 and they lack hydraulics in the steering wheel for sure. However, if you learn to drive one of these beasts than you can drive anything as even a manual gearbox is likely scary for Americans. ::(|)
