It's a man, he is a homosexual, and he just wants to sing and doesn't care about others insulting him.
The song is "Banal Na Aso Santong Kabayo".
Don't know what that means though

Naaa, beside the singing which is not lip synced, the horse sound, come on! You can tell that's a lip sync by a mile.

Man i know its the philies and all but all that work on the stage all that show and the worst sounding midi sound bank i ever herd i mean windows has a better built in midi gs wavetable than what ever they were using , funny as fuk but the sound is awwwwwwwwwhhhuuuuffullllllll... , but man it has some voice with out the horse sounds and silly shit , wierd looking but still beats whitney from last sat night in dublin

I just registered after watching this video as I had to make a comment. This has scarred me for life as I was physically involved with a philipino girl and now can't bear even going close to her because of this half bred animal. I usually dont laugh at people's looks as they are god creations. But man she looked more like a monkey than George Bush did. I can't even imagine the orgasm sounds she would make in bed. This is by far the best video I have seen on Snotr.

When I saw their performance the first thing I thought of was Nina Hagen. Wicked (good ) vocal range and a HUGE mouth. Amazing performance !

like #41 I like the ding, but those whacked out eyes that go with it at 01:06 are freaky-scary! I think making those eyes at the same time a bell rings must be necessary if you wanna channel Micheal Jackson and Sea-Biscuit at the same time.

Litterally, "Banal na aso Santong Kabayo" means "divine dog, holy horse" but this is actually a Filipino idiomatic expression relating to people who are religious (like hell) but dont live with its (church/bible) teachings.
The original song is played like that but not the sound of a horse, a witch(sounds like "hihihihi"
laugh instead.
The performer is (biologically) male. I agree this is freaky but he made a very good show!

i'll tell you this... this is not the worst!~.... hahaha... but mind you there are quite a number of auditions in the show that showcase voices that could compete in the world stage!~ 
and by the way... "banal na aso, santong kabayo... natatawa ako hihihihi" literal translation>>>(sacred dog, a saint horse... making me laugh... hihihihi at you!)... lol
