Well, as you can clearly see, the traffic lights are in place and operating.
It's the morons who ignore them are causing accidents ![]()

looks really shocking despite the fact the result was partly achieved by editing: 1.2 min of footage consist of 10 episodes - of 6 April 2006; 12 Jan. 2005; 28 Jan 2005; 2 Feb 005; 11 Feb 2005; 18 Feb 2005; 1 Mar 2005; 2 Mar 2005; 21 Mar 2005; 6 Apr 2005.
[btw I am from SPb myself and I would say what we have here in 2007 is one immense traffic jam wherever you go
...and still quite a lot of such idiots...]
Oh come on... busy intersection in snowy/icy conditions. Obviously there are going to be accidents. That's life. This is why I chose not to drive on snow-days whenever possible. The chances of being randomly hit by someone who can't stop or loses control is far too great for my liking. Sure going slower and having the right tires goes a long way. I'm just saying the reality is there's a much higher risk of getting hit in these conditions than on a sunny summer day even if YOU are in full control.
hey guys who ever posted this needs to git his facts right
look at the camera is say february in english letters if it was a russian recorder it would say the date and day in russian

ok i know, nobody is gonna read it. but! @vlad we sell alot of stuff (machines, technical equipement, mesuring devices) with english control panels to russia. So that is no excuse. I have been to the Ukraine two times and it is more the east european way of driving what has caused these accidents. sry
