the driver is facing charges due to the video, but what about that guy with the red shirt ? looks to me he is the one attacking and the one in the car is only defending himself.

#14 Probably self defense wich caused bodily harm..both will get fined. But you have to know the reason the guy got beat up in first place...if they wanted to kill him its plain self defense

Both idiots , i had a guy cut me off once all most killing me were i had right of way then at the traffic lights HE gets out of the car to come screaming at me on the bike saying i dont have a clue how to drive etc and slappin my helmet , spastic did not notice the cop bike on the way who was allready behind him and saw the whole thing, some times people who think they know how to drive are the worst dirvers they think they own the road and dont know the rules.

How stupid one should be to try to pull this off? I mean - he has beaten the guy behind the wheel - maybe he deserved it somehow, but to make an idiot of yourself and just ask to be run over - that is an EPIC FAIL.

That's what he gets in my opinion. The guy was obviously and asshole, you try to take on a car, and you get ran over, what do you expect.

In the driver's defense, he could say he was afraid for his life and stepped on the gas to get away from the thug.
