It's famous czech entertainer/singer Ivan Mladek and his Banjo Band. It's probably his most famous song. He is singing humorous song about wild creature "Jozin from basin". Jozin is terryfing locals so they decide to catch him. At the end, they find out they have to use aircraft that throw herbicid powder in on the crop, and then they sell him into zoo.

The sad part is that most of the music we listen to today aint any better at all. The only difference is that autotune lets people without a trace of musicality become plastic superstars.

Yeees very nice, Ivan Mladek and his Banjo Band. Quite the celebrity in communistic Czecho-Slovakia. I especially like the guy with brain damage and his retarded dance . Pure awesomeness.
