It says that out of 450 politicians only 88 are sitting there to vote. Physically in good shape politicians can press up to nine buttons for their party members, who are doing something more important than, what they get paid for. Older and slower ones are responsible for smaller area.
So generally one of five sits in parliament and votes for those who are not at present.

My russian is a little bit rusty, but i think they referred to those 88 deputies signing a controversial law of 0% blood alcohol while driving.

That is scary they get elected to represent citizans and they just have better things to do. Asimilar event took place at the french parlament in france cuz they wher all on holiday a dau early.

ok for all that don't understand.. politicians use those empty seated "voting device" to vote for the one they like.. so 1 politician doesn't have 1 vote.. it has so many votes as they can press .. so the fastest one wins... peace.

Here are some beautiful key details:
One of the politicians was complaining about a rather strange law proposal about alcohol, he was right there on the place reminded - he was the one who made the proposal 2 years ago.
Another one, apparently there were 449 votes, none opposing. Speaker actually had the balls to ask "Who left the building?". By that he meant that one person that didn't "vote".
In my country this process is just as disgusting, I get reminded frequently what a wild wild East I used to live in, thanks to videos like this one.

Meh... I saw a documentary on the exact same thing happening in one of AMERICA's states. Russia isn't an exception...

Politicians are corrupt all around the world. We as a species have a dark future ahead of us, because a powerful few will kill each other, taking the rest of us with them. All they care about is getting rich and fat as others die of starvation... sad...I'll leave this world some day....and I don't regret it. NOTHING works in this world... except war
