Actually, I take my previous statement back. If you pause it at 0:25 seconds you can clearly see the hamster at the bottom running towards the camera with its eyes facing the camera as well as the hamster on the top with its eyes facing the camera. So what this means is that they are facing each other and couldn't be taking turns. Its only 1 hamster running.

Yup, he is definatly jumping the other one. They are facing diferent directions, and you can pause it so they are on each other.
