Now that's setting the example! Public Transport and Bikes outnumber the 1 or 2 mopeds and cars which are probably seriously frowned upon way 2 go!

This will only happen before rushour when students have to go to their school. They will almost always take public transport because it's free for students.

@7, @13: the few normal cars you see are taxis, regular traffic is not allowed at all at that particular crossing.

All the bikes look like something from the '60's with the little platform over the rear wheel. Brings back memories from when I was a kid.
I did not see a single collision during that whole vid.....impressive.

Helmets ridiculous. Most of the time ur only riding between 6 and 13mph (10 and 20km/h).

Funny to see this, being part of this happening regularly. I was hoping to find myself as well, but no cigar. I have seen people filming here, though.
#25 What's so amazing about bendy buses? A little more to the right and they could have shot double-bendy buses, i was like 
when I first saw them when I first came to Utrecht.

No matter what are the bicycle crash rates, but they aren't that fatal as other accidents... and the safe side of bicycle is that lol, alcoholics, even if have to, cannot ride the bicycle and use it... !beeecaaaaauuussseee.... thhhheeeeyyy aarrreeee ssllllooooooooowwwwwwww ppppeeeoooooppplleeeee..! lol

bicycle-crashes happen,, but not as often as people think,
and i can know, i work in a bicycle store in the Netherlands

There's a lot of great things to be said for getting around on a bike. Too bad I live 26 miles from work and bring my 3 kids to work with me during the summer for childcare.

What i find more amazing is throughout the whole video it seems like someone is holding the camera steady lol
Instead of just sitting it down somewhere

oh and i think everyone in the netherlands would had a bicycle accident. it's not bad, it's just funny to see back when your best friend made a vid of it xD
