Who knows what language they are speaking? Sounds Russian but a lot of languages sound that way to me.

Not funny. Living in Eastern Europe, where these idiots are more than common, i can tell you these are the people that run red lights, street race and drive with over 100kmh (50 kmh limit) through the city, killing people every day. Corrupt police and justice make sure they get away every time.

There seems to be no traffic there, so what is the harm in them having some fun? If they wreck they are only ruining their own cars.

#19 This is not america and cops dont just shoot people, an like #12 said number plates are enough to punish the offenders if they got away. I think that is illegal in european union to chase runaways, at least in my country is.

Idk about u guys but I'm pretty sure if that cop got in on the fun he would pawn them at drifting lol

#3 I disagree with you on that one. I think the laughter adds to the sense of pleasure the camera man was getting from watching the police officer sit there frustrated, obviously wanting to bust those perps and knowing damn well he's not going to accomplish anything at all. Money shot.
