Cute dog (Welsh Corgi actually) and his build is about par for the breed....but....intelligence seems to not have been a factor in breeding.

Some breeds of dog are pathetic. Poor mobility, trouble with breathing or their internal organs - people can talk about cruelty to farm animals like chickens, but I think breeding dogs into these weird shapes for our own entertainment is just as bad.
