#(removed comment) - The reason it is a laughtrack and just background music the whole time is because the show is done completely in French as it is filmed in Quebec, Canada. It is aired in countries that don't speak French, so if they included the actual audio, the non-French viewers wouldn't be able to understand what they are saying. So they instead play the background music and laughtracks.
