#7 most of the ISPs in countries except a few Europeon and US countries have broadband defined as 256kbps and generally in the range of 1 mbps. Anything that is beyond 1 mbps has data or time limit and the charge is also in the range of 20 USD + monthly (which is not cheap when compared to the earning level).
A 62 MB clip would mean an extra download charge of approx 30 cents - not cheap for one clip, if the person is on a limited plan, or approx 35-40 mins to download if the person is on unlimited 256 plan.
Thanx for understanding.
#7 One thing is to watch a HD movie, as more quality the image of the movie, better! Other thing is to watch a video on a "tube" site, if this video have less quality you will enjoy the same.
Even I have a 3.6 mbps download speed, I only can download/upload 6gb monthly, and believe me 6gb goes in few weeks.
~31mb/minute seems me a lot for a video to watch online.

#8 sorry but eh in most and i mean 80% of europe broadband is way over 256kbps ..thats not even broadband ... the standard in europe is around 8mbps and in citys 24mbs in holland my friend has fiber power 120 and its "unlimited" or acceptable user policy but he never gets complaints and downloads shit loads ...
im only on a 7.6mbps @12:1 contention but i get 90% of the time 700kb as second download and its unlimited , i understand your "earning level" but im not arguin over the price im saying the isp's who limit and cap the internet are the scum of the earth
and #9 my friend has the same problem has a "mobile" broadband its HSDPA3G its 7.2mb but hes limited to 10gb p/m ...some times that lasts him 2 days and hes screwed for the rest of the month i just wouldent buy it in the first place
