This is what happens when you let women out the kitchen. They are vicious and dangerous creatures. It took century's to tame them and now all that struggle by our great great great grandfathers has gone to waist.

#16 reminds you of sarah palin? really? allow me to remind you of a few pointed differences:
milian is educated--she actually went to school, law school at that. she is well spoken. she is actually attractive--and not in the hockey mom way, but the really sexy way. she hasn't quit an important position where she faced public scrutiny...i could go on but i just threw up in my mouth thinking about sarah palin.

Whether the judge is male or female here is completely irrelevant. Future lawyer-boy thinks he's ALLLL that (and a bag o' chips) and no one has ever put him in his place. I would've gotten pissed too if I had taught as an instructor at the same law school where that kid is studying currently and I witnessed behavior like that.
The fact that this IS a TV show is probably a good thing. The only thing the kid can get is a tongue-lashing from the TV judge (who is really a judge off the camera too)... If this were a REAL courtroom, buddy-boy would likely have a night in jail and a fine to pay, as the judge would hold him in contempt of court for his bad manners.

A judge shouldn't get so emotional. I don't know the rest of the story but I see plenty things wrong with how she is behaving like a little kid, walking away angry to top it of.

there's the same thing almost everywhere, too much wording for a fee! I know judges who don't even rise their eyebrow, yet at the end of the day the lawyer has to pay it, like in money.. under the law, even for mere being late twenty minutes [not me, ugh]

Mmmh, OK she has the right and the power.
This is however is completely unprofessional.
A judge does not get emotional.
A judge does not raise their voice,
A judge does not become personally involved.
A judge does not make personal attacks on those in a court.
Most importantly a judge uses due process.
