Looks a little top-heavy and awkward. Since it has rear wheel steering it should be able to turn in a tight circle.
Building leg muscles one pump at a time.

Had to be the dutch ...in haarlem were i used to live they have one of these ...this is the one in amsterdam typical dutch cyclein and drinkin all in one
