Can some one explain the dif between the first shot and the second one ? was it a more powerful cartridge or something? but hey what a idiot funny but painfull

First shot his arm was almost stretched, which allows him to use his body to "take" the recoil effect, you see how his entire body moved after the first shot.
Second shot his arm was almost completly bend, so unless you have really strong arms (obviously this guy doesn't) the recoil is just gonna bend your arm further.

Holding a pistol-grip shotgun with one hand on the first shot was reckless to begin with because you have very little control with all the weight forward of the hand. He deserved a busted lip for that.

You dont need a dentist to pull a tooth out when you have a shotgun laying around. I bet that was far more quick and less "painful" than having a dentist sit and pull for 15 minutes without accomplishing anything!

Honestly I think he accidentally pulled the trigger too quick... also a nice as comment he made... actually can't make fun of this guy after that... most people would panic or curse the fuck out of Jesus, not very many people spit out a phrase like that after getting their teeth knocked out of em... I couldn't in my whole lifetime I'm too vein.
