Aussie sense of humour. I'm guessing possible reasons for a mob of Aussies to harass someone like this is either he has done something wrong by someone with a lot of friends, or he's just a tosser on air. If he keeps his cool for long enough then he gains back a little respect from most of the mob and they eventually leave him alone.
