Ellen is full of $hit on this one. The agency said they would allow the new family to keep the dog if they filled out the adoption paperwork. THEY REFUSED. So, why did they refuse? Who knows, but the agency has an obligation to the pet to ensure all those adopting meet certain minimum requirements. Ask Ellen why she adopted and then gave away the pet in violation of the terms of her adoption, and ask the new family why they will not fill out the paperwork (as ALL must do) (unless you have a star misrepresenting the facts on tv????)

This must have been a joke. Great publicity Ellen, lousy comedy. Possession is 9/10 of the law, regardless.
If I adopt a kid can I give it back???

I'm from who cares, and she's still a spoiled, whining, overpaid, not funny, space-case.

People get attached to their animals, when you dont have children.
She is fine, stop bitching on her.

Why couldn't the dog pound just check out the new family to make sure they could look after the dog. For a rescue organization, who you would think work for the benefit of animals, they don't seem to give a shit about the wellbeing of the dog. It will just confuse the dog and create more behavioural problems to keep moving it around all the time. If it was happy and safe in it's new home it should be allowed to stay.
