(a) that's a part in the states where Internet isn't a common thing, neither artists association made heard: (b) as 'she's gonna be using her e-bay account' sounds so commercially approached, as she should be looking forward for a fine; (c) technically speaking is one thing to own a thing privately and then try to sell it online, and a different one to actually start manufacturing art with the publicly declared purpose of putting it on sale, online, on e-bay.
