This is not inappropriate.
Would probably be considered as such in America and the UK, but not in Japan. Your own culture and social values are not the universal standard. Don't be so self-righteous.

Notice at 0:32 they say "mmm pa pa, umm pa pa" for wee/piss and then at 1:20 they say "mmm pa pa, umm pa pa" for Ughh...

Obviously badly subtitled.
