i wana know what they used to protect the camera. Thats a hard re-entry and landing.
So that means you need to go atleast 24 km [80.000m] Up to have a full round view of Earth,but still earth not completly fits in the eye of camera ,
And oops crash landing atlast ![]()
Amazing. Not many things are visible on the surface at that height. Looks like we don't even exist. How small we really are ![]()
#9 and #10 you actually can't see much of Earth at 24 km, only to a distance of about 550 km where the horizon is when looking from the height of 24 km.
In this experiment they used fish-eye lenses in the cameras to get a wider field of view, but it also distorts the image creating the illusion of seeing the whole globe.
