Do you notice how slow this guy realized that there's a dude in front of him and started to brake? I think he was on the phone all the time (he stepped out still calling)

Riding a motorcycle/scooter in shorts and flip flops is not the smartest thing to do,but the driver of the car was going too fast compared to other traffic.

When your on a motorcycle/scooter you still need to use your mirrors. The kid was very lucky concidering what he was wearing it could have been a lot worse.

#1 if 2 car accident would have happened at the same time there is no way you could have seen the other one.

The scooter didn't watch his side and the car was accelerating too fast but luckily the break made it in time.

But the are both to blame.

the guy is lucky he dosnt have whiplash..at that impact hes lucky to still be walking 
but i blame the car driver..look how long he stays in the gear he was in before the hit, he couldve braked a long time ago and slowed down!

I have always followed the concept when driving of "It's not who's right, It's who's left!" he car driver should have been driving slower and should have braked sooner but the scooter driver took his life in his own hands being irresponsible.

Both drivers were at fault. Scooter guy should have looked before he moved, and car guy should have got off his phone, slowed down and not overtaken in the slow lane. I'd say car guy was the bigger douche in the equation.
e2a my mistake, in HK they do drive on the left so he was in the right lane, still driving too fast though

This happens a lot, People get distracted from seeing the results of one accident. Those drivers slowed down because of the 1st accident, Get impatient and inevitably speed up to make up for 'lost time'. The distraction, The thoughts of 'I'm going to be late', The impatience and the resulting increase in speed often lead to a 2nd or even 3rd accident.
So, Don't be distracted, Calm down, And don't get impatient. Don't speed up recklessly after being held up in traffic and be aware that others may be distracted and not being as prudent as they should be.

By 0:24 i'av noticed that the car speeds up as the truck clears the way front ov him & that is mistake the driver did
And just afta 10 sec of it the bike roll in without a side light notification & this is his mistake of the biker And then ....where are the Cops ???????

agree w/ #(removed comment) on the radio thingy ..and the guy on the scooter ahead looks more like a jet fighter pilot when on a catapult taking off, on a carrier: I seem to like those instincts, too

Seems #16 is the only one who realise that if the scooter had not brake there wouldn't ve been an accident.

#21 In Hong Kong, the slow line is on the left, it's the british system.
I'd say the scooter is at fault, above all. He couldn't manage incoming traffic, and put himself in difficulty.
