You cant judge them with a Trick Question, the reported is simply misleading them with the questions.
They are simply confusing the rotation of the earth (i.e. i see the sun then i dont see it, so its one day.)

even it if all sound stupid..but i think i know the picture in their minds...guess the ones who said one year think it needs 24h for the earth to revolve itself one time and 365 days to go around the sun :P 360 is one revolution..plus 5 we got the february thing :P
