I notice an extra length of line tied at his waist,probably so that little boat can pull him over to shore so he can let himself down on earth rather than get wet.

maybe you should buy a camera, because I have one and could zoom in on anything,
It takes pure skill. Which this guy in the video obviously doesn't know about the zoom button.
