From what I guess, most of these items are more likely to please black people than the rest of the US population. It's mostly from comon prejudice and stereotypes.
The 3 ghosts refers to US history of racism against black people (not so long ago) illustrated by the KKK, a racist militia, that might have been supported by some chambers of commerce in southern states.

Just to clarify #13 - the KKK wore white robes that completely hid their identity (like a Bhurka), making them look a little like a bedsheet ghost costume.
