it would be better if they applied it in an actual scenario, fighting another person, rather than showcasing it. it's nice and all, but no applicable use whatsoever.

It's lots and lots of sideways spinning, twisting, swirling and flipping with moments of questionable moves that defy explanation ... & can be quite hard to track with the eye!

#17, it is a lot faster than capoeira. But there is also no large variety of kicks and defensive techniques such as in capoeira. I'd know, I do it for 2 years now :) And I gotta say...Capoeira is just an art :D

There is one group that I saw back in 2005 here in sweden that practices the art of Tricking. Pretty awesome to watch though.

In case you can't tell whats up at 0:16 and 0:56 that #10 is talking about, from my angle, the first is a triple roundhouse kick (so to speak) and the second is remarkable height and angle of the kick.

This is what gym class should have been like since the beginning.
