although legally in my country it's always blamed on the front car, i think here it's the silver car's fault.. not only did he drive too fast while approaching the junction but he also started braking too late and could have avoided it by swerving... and will probably get away with it.

The lady says, i filmed it, i filmed it, oh my god. So they're referring to the "oh my god" part.
Second driver is horribly at fault for not paying attention, speeding and not knowing how to correclty apply his non-ABS brakes.

I feel bad for the 2nd driver if he/she has nothing to do with this film.
stupid people WILL slam on their brake for stupid reasons. for example (brake test, filming, show-off)
and doing this at a street like this will caught other drivers off guard.
for what I can understand that in this video maybe the woman is filming her friends new car. end up costing the other driver a ticket, perhaps even pay for damages.

So if they were filming n goofing around on the public traffic street then FUCK THIS BITCH WITH HER CAMERA, AND FUCK HER FRIEND WITH THE CAR.

I just feel so bad for the 2nd car driver. even tho he should pay attention still. this can happen to any of us when we are off guard.

What's so hard to understand? A bunch of stupid, probably bored kids think it would be fun to test their anti-lock brakes on a busy intersection for no good reason and record it.

One of the first things I was taught in driving school: Always expect the other drivers to be complete idiots, distracted and/or incapable of controlling their vehicle properly, so do not act unpredictable unless it is absolutely necessary. If it was not in fact an emergency stop, they are obviously both at fault.

All those brain-dead morons are the reason why insurance rates are going through the roof and all the sane, responsible drivers have no choice but to take it or ride the bike/bus.

Rear end crash is always the behind drivers fault. The 2 second rule and brake lights are there for a reason.Even if some one is testing there brakes or messing on a public road if i notice this kind of shit i drive even more behind like 4-5 seconds back if i think the driver in front of me is a idiot.

Simple rule of driving , NEVER think some one else knows the rules of the road , drive with caution at all times.
