..and they say that American Football (Handegg) is a tough sport? pff THIS is a real man game, no protection, insane tackles and a lot of balls.

to all you football bashers, how is this any more rough then American football? IMO American football is more brutal... and yes they wear good protection, wouldn't you want to protect the players you are paying millions to play for you? oh and we Americans like to keep our teeth.

I have no interest in watching sports in general, but if that's what passes for hard tackles in rugby, it's no wonder they don't need the protective equipment used in US football.

The only guy taking a hit in rugby is the guy carrying the ball;in the NFL every player is hitting someone and the front line usually averages over 300 pounds per man. These rugby players are tough but could not survive in the NFL.

Actually a lot of hits in this video are illegal.

1.No hitting above the shoulders

2.No arm swing/shoulder bash

3.You have to use both arms

4.You are responsible for bringing the player to the ground safely

5.No tackle while the defender is in the air

6.No tackle on a player without the ball.

Actually this is rugby league, not rugby which is played by pussies who go kick chase kick chase ad nauseum ...
this game is much tougher than soccer, rugby, or NFL or whatever the Murrcans call their football... could go on for hours but will stop rant
