Thats why "Right hand drive" vehicles should be forbidden in "left hand drive" countries!!!

Damn if you look carefully he's on the left side of the truck and he gets knocked to the right side of the truck and then spit out the left side of the window... and this wasn't a high speed crash or anything 
seat - belt.
and @ 0:03 is that a transformer symbol on the left side of the truck ? its like he spit him out.

#2 if you did not notice he first got flung forward the all the way along the screen then out the window .... wearing a seatbelt might have in this case killed him as it might have broke his neck

Crap! Not wearing a seatbelt and this is what happens, or go through the windscreen, or smash your head on the dash or fly out the other window. You cant say "might haves" here, or ever! Its just plain fact that you have a better chance of survival when wearing a seat belt.

not wearing a seatbelt is just utterly stupid. a seatbelt can only harm you if it's not tight... and wearing an untightened seatbelt is utterly stupid too.

hmm i agree, i think if he did wear his seatbelt it wouldve killed him- the angle how the other truck hit him wouldve caused an impact on the seatbelt..another thing i noticed was there was no glass smashed from the window he flew out of- good thing he had it open
